Casual Helpdesk/Customer ServiceDescription: Quicksilver Internet is always on the lookout for motivated and talented casual customer service persons to assist our existing helpdesk/customer service team. The position will have some rostered weekly shifts, and it would also be an advantage if you are available for some on-call work. Our helpdesk operates from 8:30am to 10pm, 7 days a week, and you must be available for some weekday and weekend shifts between those hours. Would suit student, or someone with other part time commitments. Required Skills: Applicants should have an excellent customer service attitude, a good phone manner, and a highly motivated 'can-do' attitude. Previous experience with customer service or call centre work is an advantage, but not essential if you are the right person. Basic general technical knowledge of the internet and Windows computers is also an advantage. Remuneration: Negotiable dependant on experience.
