QUICKSILVER'S APRIL NEWSLETTER

1. Invoice and Payment
Please find enclosed an invoice for the month of April. People who wish to pay by cheque should send their payments to PO BOX 99856, Newmarket within 10 working days of receiving this invoice. For those sending cheques, please write your user name on the back of the cheque so we can make sure the right account is credited.

Please note that invoices are sent out to all customers, even those paying by Direct Debit or Credit Card. If you have already given us your details then this invoice is a notice only of how much we will charge your account for April. You do not need to organise payment again.

If you have any queries about your invoice please email us on accounts@quicksilver.co.nz, mentioning your user name in all correspondence ( particularly if you are not using your Quicksilver mail address ).

Direct Debit Payments
We have unfortunately had an argument with our bank who has refused to recognise our Direct Debit forms. This means we will need to send everyone who wishes to pay by Direct Debit another form which you will need to fill out. All those who have already informed us that they wish to pay by Direct Debit will receive the new forms automatically. Those of you who pay by cash or cheque who wish to move to Direct Debit, please email us at accounts@quicksilver.co.nz by the 12th of April.

Please do not be worried that we may close your account due to lack of payment. We do ask that you set aside the money in your bank account for the payment of your Quicksilver account.

2. User Survey
As you are our trial users, we would like to find out what you think of the Quicksilver Internet service so far. So we would appreciate if you could give us some of your time to complete the survey.

3. Tell your friends and family about us
If you like our service, why not tell your friends and family about us? If they let us know who told them about us (i.e. you) you will be rewarded for sharing the good news. For every two new users you introduce to us will earn you a month of free internet after they have been customers of Quicksilver's internet service for three months. 4. Quicksilver Toll Customers
There is a special rate of 20¢ a minute (plus GST) throughout the month of April for calls to Australia to celebrate ANZAC day. This rate, like other Quicksilver tolls rates, is valid at any time of the day (no peak or off peak periods).

Anyone who wishes to become Quicksilver Toll customers may e-mail us at sales@quicksilver.co.nz.
