1. Your invoice and payment If you are paying by cheque, please make the cheque payable to Quicksilver Internet. Please mail the cheque with the lower section of your invoice or write your customer name at the back of the cheque so we are able to identify where the cheque came from. If you are paying by credit card or direct debit, we are sending you an invoice so you know the amount that will be charged to your credit card or debited from your bank account as it is different from the agreed amount. The payment should go through around the time the invoice is due. We are currently evaluating two customer billing systems. These systems originate from the US. Please note that where the date is abbreviated, it may appear in the format of mm/dd/yy (i.e. month/day/year). You may also notice some American spelling like "check" instead of "cheque". 2. New services Are you aware of Quicksilver tolls service? We provide cheaper national and international toll rates as well as toll free numbers (0508). Rates such as 40c+GST/minute to call cell phones anywhere in NZ from your home phone at any time of the day. Look at Products & Services page on our website for more information. 3.
