1. Mother's Day Special Mother's day is on May 14th. Why not give your mother an Internet dialup account for Mother's day? This is ideal for mothers with family and friends overseas to exchange email with; or if you are planning to go on the big OE in the future and want to keep in touch with her; or simply for mothers who wish to learn what the Internet is about. Special rates are $15 + GST for one month or $30 + GST for 3 months subscription, billed to your account. There are conditions attached to this special. 2. Direct Debit forms
The forms authorised by the bank are now available. If you have not filled in the one sent to you, please do so as soon as possible. If you filled the Direct Debit section in the application form, you will still need to fill in the form sent to you. If you have not received a form or would like one sent to you, please email accounts@quicksilver.co.nz.

If you have already mailed your completed form to us, the forms are being processed. We hope the bank will be able to complete processing the application and allow us to debit your account sometime in May.

3. Invoice and Payment
Please note that invoices are sent out to all customers, even those paying by Direct Debit or Credit Card. If you have already given us your details then this invoice is a notice only of how much we will charge your account for April. You do not need to organise payment again.

Customers who wish to pay by cheque should send their payments to PO BOX 99856, Newmarket within 10 working days of receiving this invoice. For those sending cheques, please write your user name on the back of the cheque so we can make sure the right account is credited.

The billing system we are currently using originates from the US. Please note that where the date is abbreviated, it may appear in the format of mm/dd/yy (i.e. month/day/year). You may also notice some American spelling like "check" instead of "cheque".

If you have any queries about your invoice please email us on accounts@quicksilver.co.nz, mentioning your user name in all correspondence (particularly if you are not using your Quicksilver mail address).

4. Current Prices
Our standard dialup account is now $24.95. If you have joined us by 1 May, 2000, you will be eligible for the $15+GST trial price until April 2001. That is a substantial saving of over $8 a month.
